A complete list of categories and finalists follows. Unlike all other award categories, the People's Choice award is selected
by the general public. For the rest of the categories, the Dottie Awards has lined up an esteemed panel of judges provided by the American Marketing Association Sacramento Valley and the University of Phoenix. "Dottie judges are independent industry experts who bring their creative spirit and vast expertise to the challenging task of choosing each Dottie Award winner," said Thom Gilbert, founding sponsor and managing shareholder of Gilbert
Associates, Inc. CPAs and Advisors. "But we also want to hear from the people and that's what the People's Choice award is all about." Web sites will be judged on creativity and innovation, achievement of purpose, and ease of use.
