e-DEPOSIT FOR BUSINESS
Benefits     How It Works     Key Features     Demo

View e-Deposit Demo (opens in new window)e-Deposit is our remote deposit capture service that enables you to convert your customers' paper check payments into electronic transactions for faster processing without having to go to the bank. You can scan, process, and electronically deposit the items right from your place of business.

It is simple. Everything is done in your business environment. No trips to the bank; no deposit slips; no courier service for the daily deposits.

For low volume check deposits, an office fax machine can be used.

For higher volume check deposits, all that is needed is Internet access, one of our desktop scanners, and a personal computer running Microsoft Windows.

Scan the checks. Watch each paper item convert into an electronic image, and then into an electronic deposit.

Depending on the capabilities of your accounting software, our technology can even prefill information for your accounting system to reduce manual posting.
