Similarly, the Living Trust does not always provide a total substitute for the Probate process. Community Bank of San Joaquin is pleased to be able to assist in Probate matters. We are qualified to accept appointments as:
- Executor or administrator under your Will
- Trustee of a Testamentary Trust (Trust created by your Will)
- Conservator/Guardian of the Estate
- Agent for the Executor, Trustee or Conservator
